Hallway carpets dirty. Room smelled bad and had to ask them to move me to another room. The new room had long female hairs on bed and in bath tub so the room was not clean. Will never stay in this gross place again!
Worst The hotel waa very dirty. When I arrived I wait almost an hour to do the check in because nobody was at the front. The breakfast is just bread and water. The room was very hot the air a conditioner wasn’t working.
Everything looked ok until I got in my room. It was vacant of any amenities, no cups no glasses nothing. Then the smell hit me. It smelled like cat urine. Never again!
Looks better on the outside than it did on the inside. 1st room smelled like an ashtray. Relocated to a handicap accessible room that flooded anything we took showers. Woke up to the pet cockroaches that are maintained in the rooms. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. As far as the staff goes, well... they probably should get one. They didn’t have a problem knocking on the door bright and early waking us up to ask if we were checking out. Mrs. CNA Our room was the deluxe standard. THE ROOM HAS A VERY STRONG SMEEL OF CAT PEE!!!! THE PULLOUT SOFA BED WAS NOT CLEANED!!!! OLD OR PREVIOUS LINEN STILL ON IT. It has only 2 towels, 2 washcloths and a tub mat. We use the the tubmat to cover the desk chair because you can visibly see the cat hair and my daughter was sick because of the allergy from cat hair! The location is very accessible and SOME EMPLOYEE ARE NICE, MOST ARE NOT FRIENDLY. THAT ROOM 221 DOES REALLY NEEDS A CARPET SHAMPOO!!! ITS STINK AS HELL.
Nice room, big fridge, decent bed, fire alarm went off for 5 hours and they couldn't turn it off.
