Awful stay King bed room sold out, put in a fowngraded room. Ac didnt work and neither did toilet. Left hotel a day early and got no refund.

Worst stay ever Well we arrived early at 11am could not check in until 3 pm. So we went out to the park came back and we did rent a room with a kitchen there were nothing in there no plates cups pans etc there was no towels or wash rags well 2 towels in the room so I asked about it they told me they would bring the kitchen stuff up so I waited almost 2 hours and ended up having to go get it and still did not get any towels I asked and the only anwser I keep getting was they wasn't ready. I had to change rooms twice We had to change rooms twice. In the first room, there was no mattress for the sofa bed. I asked for a mattress to be brought up and maintenance was on duty so I had to be moved to the third floor. The entire third floor stunk and when I got in my room it smelled like mildew. I then moved to the 4th floor. The room smelled stale and kind of like smoke too. At that point, it was 11 at night and I was exhausted so I dealt with it for one night. Check in was great- The young lady was very kind. The night shift guy was very rude- I think his name was Mike- he had a hat from the army or many. He screamed at my husband and I- to the kids we told him to relax and he got more mad told my husband to don’t tell him what to do and even did a crazy hand gesture like if he was going to do something. We Had to leave our home due to renovation for the evening. We chose this property because it was local, pet friendly, and had breakfast. Thank When we pulled in at approximately 9 PM with seven police cars in front. We asked what was happening the registration admin said “” she didn’t know “. She proceeded to charge a pet fee of 25 per pet (we had two pets) and a $50 deposit.
