Our first room air conditioning was broke so we had to switch rooms. Josephine at first didn’t want to switch told me maintenance would be there to look at it the next day. Then our refrigerator in the new room went out and spoiled our food while we were gone. Lastly my card was charged $1083.24 for no reason after the manager agreed to refund my total stay. Just simply horrid time I want to forget having.

I do not recomend this place at all Not a good experience, do not leave anything in the room, it will be stolen,the bathroom door did not close,Not toillet paper,no soap or shampoo, they say they have DVD player ... there's no, everything look dirty and not well maintained, Not coffe maker at room, I do not recomend this place at all ,

Pulled the bedding down a bug flew out and a spider was in the bed, Asked for extra towels there was hair in them. Went to take a shower no safety bar to hold onto, no face cloth and no platinum cups. Was not told when we checked in one has to ask for the cups... the hallway had a funny smell, the lighting was bad in the hallway and the elevator made a concerning noise

After we checked in we realized the room did not have sheets, blankets, pillows, toilet paper, soap, towels..etc. In the room. When I inquired at the desk I was informed 1st come 1st served.. I will not be staying there again

Had a kitchenette but was unable to get dishes they finally gave on pot one plate and a few pieces of silverware. Never had enough towels to go around. Molding in doorway coming off wall was half ass taped which didnt stay. Tv channels fuzzy but by time we watched tv at night we would pass out. Not worth money for sure. Staff un helpfull
