SENT ME TO A DIRTY ROOM BUGS ON THE FLOOR IT WAS HORRIBLE ROOM WASNT READY BUGS ON THE FLOOR I NEED A FULL REFUND I WILL BE CALLING TO DISCUSS MY STAY

NEVER AGAIN Had some sort of ant like bugs on night table. Took video and showed front desk was told " how do I know that's here? " Asked for room change and denied !!! Couldn't sleep and had itches all night long.. Too bad can't post video here but would be glad to send ...NEVER AGAIN !!!

There is better options No customer service at all no sense of urgency,if you are the type of person that won't stop by the hotel but to sleep go for it but if you're looking for a nice place to relax and have a good time don't even drive by and if you decide to stay there make sure you check your bill before you leave!!

Check in a nigtmare. My room wasn't even ready At check in went to my room only to open the door to an unmade bed, pizza boxes in the fridge and two empty Nike shoe boxes on the chair. Went down to front desk to explain my 'situation' and the poor gal, (who was very apologetic) had to close down the front desk and go clean the room herself because housekeeping was gone for the day. (so early check in was not the issue...I checked in at 6pm) She needed some time so we (me and hubby) went to dinner. When I got back to the room... read more

Stay Away This was probably the worst run hotel / motel I have ever stayed in. We waited to check in for 15 minutes while someone ran around on the third floor looking for a room that was ready. We checked in at 4 PM. There was no ice machine or soda machine in the hotel. I am 67 years old and that was a new one to me. At 11 PM a dog was wildly barking across the hall from us. Não trocam a roupa de cama. O Apartamento que me deram estava desarrumado. O hospede anterior saiu e não haviam arrumado o quarto. Quando reclamei, o recepcionista me deu outro quarto, que embora a cama estivesse arrumada, a roupa de cama não parecia ter sido trocada. Arrumei novos lençóis e eu mesmo arrumei. Embora tenha café da manhã, o mesmo é muito fraco.
