Trashy Terrible place not worthy of the name hotel. After staying a few days and recognizing all the problems I looked back at all the worst reviews and found that the management gave lots of pleasant responses, but they appear to have no true intent to change their business model since i experianced many of the exact same things as others did: rude/discourtuous front staff (they make you feel like a nusance asking for normal hotel things and treat you like you can't be trusted), you can wait many minutes just waiting for th... read more
In 3 days they did not clean the room, change bed sheets, no towels or bath soap.
I arrived at Extended Stay America and my Expedia Confirmation number was declined. The hotel was full. Very disappointed in both the hotel & Expedia!
This hotel is a joke Expensive. Not clean. Horrible sofa bed and a ridiculous “ breakfast” made of 25cent muffins and coffee
Hotel needs maintenance The phone did not work as the receiver was not connected to the phone. So I had to go down to the front desk each time I needed something. We did not leave Disney until after 12:30am which means we did not return to the hotel until after 1:00am. When we got to the hotel, the front entrance door was locked and our room key did not work. Do Not Recommend The receptionist was unfriendly and appeared to not want to be at work. The hotel had an old smell to it. The door was open behind the reception desk showing clothes being washed. The dining room had two trash cans that were overflowing with trash. We went to our rooms to find the bed unmade, linens on the floor, and the kitchen dirty. They had sent us to the wrong room. I would never recommend this hotel. Not maintained and unclean.
Slow check in, WiFi didn’t work. Musty smelling hallway. Bed is uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin.
