Terrible, very bare bones and that's no pun. Bring your own bug spray, actually bring a hammer, the bugs are large. I will never stay in this or an affiliated property again.

Booked hotel room. But no rooms available I booked a hotel room. But when i arrived to check in it was over booked and no rooms where available. They had my reservation but just told me they had no rooms for me. I was left stranded on the road with no help from them

Crunchy cockroaches and cleaning every 5 days Horrible. We only rented here because of proximity to convention center. Not worth it. Truly the second worst place I ever stayed. The worst was in Tijuana Mexico. Cockroaches own the place.

Dull & Grubby Dull, dismal and in urgent need of refurbishment. Reception is a mix of a counter a Hoover and an open laundry room. Bath badly chipped and around shower therefore unhygienic. Breakfast was a bagel or two left at nine o’clock. There is only around three Formica tables to sit at so had to return to room to eat it. Would not recommend to anyone. Thankfully only had to stay one night on way to airport.

Will never stay at any Extended Stay America The room was not ready at 3:30, came back at 7p and the room we were given was not cleaned at all. Bed not made, trash on floor. Were told we would,have to wait another 20 min for a clean room. We went to dinner and came back at 9p. Given another room but the floor had not been vacuumed, there was a white powder all over the bathroom floor with shoe prints in the powder, windows were all open and could not be locked. AWFUL!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! We checked in with our children after a long day in Orlando. We did not even make it in the room, please see photo below.

Smelly and poor service The room smelled like pot. We couldn't get basic things like clean towels and sheets for the sofa bed. Fire alarm went off and the entire building had to be evacuated because somebody was cooking. They overbooked rooms and put my colleague in one that had a broken A.C. unit, fridge, and shower. Worst hotel stay ever!
