AWFUL!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! We checked in with our children after a long day in Orlando. We did not even make it in the room, please see photo below.

Smelly and poor service The room smelled like pot. We couldn't get basic things like clean towels and sheets for the sofa bed. Fire alarm went off and the entire building had to be evacuated because somebody was cooking. They overbooked rooms and put my colleague in one that had a broken A.C. unit, fridge, and shower. Worst hotel stay ever!

A bit disorganized The first room I was given already had someone in it. The second room had not been made ready. The third room was what I expected the first time: spacious, comfortable and clean. I was told that I would be comped the first night in light of my troubles, but that credit has not yet appeared on my credit card. A continental breakfast was promised, but one morning there was nothing there when I showed up. I appears someone had forgotten.

Never again We checked into our room around 9PM and when we arrived to the room and it was quite stuffy so we turned on the air conditioning. As soon as it came on it was making a loud, rumbling noise. The unit was literally right next to the bed. I called down to the front desk and asked could someone come repair the unit or if we could be switched to another room due to the issue. Too expensive for what you get Is the first time I have been in a hotel they don’t cleaning it everyday third third day we found bugs we have to request cleaning. Have to go down for towels every day and bring used down We do not know what includes and what no but we have to go down if something need it and bring it down I had to help some one on a wheel chair who need kitchen things to take them up for same quality hotel I pay 25 us we’re I live and I can get A 4 star hotel for what I pay sometimes 5 stars

VERY basic facility Receptionist left me in the middle of check in for attending people behind me in the line... Room was clean but old and looks well used. At check out I had to wait till someone went to inspect the room before getting my cash deposit back. Poor breakfast.

Horrible We LOVE hotels we go on a lot of trips and this stay was probably the worst we have had. NO hot water my kids froze during there shower and cried the whole time while washing them. Breakfast was TINY and nothing hot everything was gone at 8am. They charged us 5x for “internet” so $26 it’s suppose to be $4.99
