Orlando fun There was a problem with the key maker so we needed be escorted to the room so they could let us in..the other thing was having to ask for the dishes and small appliances.the staff was very nice.
Nice staff, missing a lot of what I filtered for When I filtered using hotels.com I made sure to filter for pool, gym, and wifi for work. Once I got there I was informed the pool and gym was closed. Although I wasn't looking for it, the takeaway breakfast was also cancelled. After check in, the room was missing a tv remote. Went downstairs and desk clerk nicely found a replacement.
