Excellent customer service It was one of the best stays I had during 2021. The cuatomer service, the room and cleanliness were excellent. I would recommend it anyone looking for a nice, clean and quiet environment.

Satisfied The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I Love the convenience of the kitchen. I was able to cook a full meal.. The staff was nice and friendly.
This is a decent hotel (no roaches) which is great. My first room had some disguising stains on the sink and the front desk lady was very nice and switched the room for me. The 2nd room the bathroom had ceiling debris on the floor but I was tired and took a towel and just pushed it to the side. There was random things on the floor which indicated they didn't vacuum this room. The kitchen area was clean, I like having a desk and a couch so I can work and have a place to watch TV without being in the bed all the time. Overall ... read more

Sleep sofa but had no pillows available. We had 3 people in the room so pillows were needed.

Its okay The housekeepers need to do a better job at cleaning the rooms. The kitchen was much needed and very useful. I'd go back again though.
