I love everything, but the fact the pool Weren’t open and my babies were hot..

The WiFi and cell phone service were terrible. Very difficult to get things done
Overall was a ok stay but still not be staying again, first all amenities for the kitchen were removed from the the room and only received if requested also when new towels were needed we had to wait to arrive back to the hotel so we could give them the old towels first. Then doors to property outside didn't need a key to get in it was unlock at all times. Then the best part for my 3 little girls the pool is not open despite what despite what the description on Expedia says.
