Smell was poor, smelled like old hotel and new paint. AC was really loud. Toilets took two to three flushes to go down. There wasn’t any hot water, only warm. TV was small, beds weren’t comfortable. Pillows were cheap. Towels were rough.

When I initially checked in, I did spot a few roaches which made it kind of hard to sleep. The young lady who checked me in was pleasant and the room, overall was really nice for the price

Good location for convenience to Disney. Rooms were large and comfortable. Cleanliness (or lack thereof) was one of the biggest issues. Shower looked like it needed a good scrubbing. Under the sink was wet and dirty, which I didn't realize until after I put one of my belongings under it. Hair dryer was not usable because it was attached to the drawer (presumably so it couldn't be stolen), but the outlet that was reachable did not work.
