Very basic Very basic. No maid service unless you pay extra. There was no soap holder in the shower. The water flow in the shower was extremely weak. There were only two plastic cups in the room for five people. You must go to the front desk if you want to get additional cups or fresh towels.

It was a good hotel but we had issues with flushing the toilet with 6 of us In one room it made it difficult when we couldn't flush the toilet per instructions on the toilet

Good place and everything is close by It was good but some of the staff were not to friendly... most of the time when we ask for something they give "bother attitude"

Nice stay Good hotel. Second year staying here. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Nice kitchenette. The breakfast variety is rather limited, but it’s a short drive to several area restaurants. Conveniently located close to Disney Springs, which is a huge plus in my book. Only a few miles away from Disney parks. My only suggestion? The shower curtains need to be longer. The bottom of the curtain barely meets the tub. You have to be very careful not to have water spray out onto the floor.
