Recentemente reformado e excelente custo/benefício Excelente - Custo benefício, localização (para quem vai fazer compras), manutenção, comodidades do quarto, tamanho do quarto, agilidade no check-in e check-out. Pontos negativos - Não houve limpeza no quarto durante nossa estadia, nem troca de toalhas (4 dias) e o ar-condicionado é controlado pela gerência.

good location Liked the amenities in the room. Comfortable leather recliner, stove, refrigerator, free wifi. A very decent hotel for a fair rate.

Extended Stay Deluxe Orlando - Maitland - Pembrook I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is fairly clean, doesn't smell, the beds could be a little more comfortable, but the rooms are nice with small sofa and table and a kitchen good enough to put stuff in fridge and reheat with microwave. I know I will stay here again.

Home away from home We truly enjoyed our stay at the "Extended stay" Hotel. It was like being home away from home with all the comforts and it was clean which of course is a plus. I'm looking forward to staying there again.

... Great Hotel I have ZERO complaints! I would say the only thing is it isn't closer to Downtown

It was nice but if they added a few little things it would have been alot better.such as a better breakfast. Not everyone likes coffee. It would have been nice if there was orange juice or milk to drink. And a few more choices of something to eat. There was not any shampoo. And I was really surprised when we left in the morning and came back in the eveningggg and no one had came to take the dirty towels and give us new ones.When I called for some new ones they said we would need to go down stairs to gey them.

Extended Stay - Orlando Great stay, only complaints are that the water kind of stunk and the continental breakfast was kind of weak, but at least there was one!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was there because my so goes to school once a week and had a night class rite next door so I didnt have to go pick him up he just walked from class. The bed was ok, not as soft as what im used to, but very comfortable,and the kitchen was helpful.

Had a great stay there, even though it was just over night since we went dancing in Orlando but the price was right and everything was very clean. I would definitely use them again.
