Great value for bargain hunters I stated here kart weekend after the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. While location is beyer suited for business travelers to North Orlando/Maitland but if you don't mind a short drive to the attractions, ESD could help you stretch you vacation budget. As others have noted, walls are somewhat thin, which I noticed from hearing conversations as I walked through the halls. Fortunately, we didn't have neighbors or they were particularly quiet.

Extended Stay-Maitland-Pembrook Road I was truly amazed that the room rate being so affordable would lead me to such a clean, comfortable, and hospitable place to stay. The staff was excellent, and the stay most comfortable.

Great for the money I checked in swiftly and Mark was polite and friendly. I was surprised that there was a full range in the kitchen. It was great to be able to bake chicken and other dishes. The bathroom area is spacious and well appointed.

Nice hotel, ask for room away from road. Nice hotel, good price, only issue we had was the room we were in faced the road and we heard the sirens of the emergency vehicles early most mornings, waking us up.

Everything was great Location was perfect for me. Room was nice and clean, quiet. Nice business type neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants. Price was very reasonable and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Rated as 3 star but only a 2 star Star rating needs to be reevaluated at this property, clean room but getting dated. staff is wonderful!!!

Comfortable and easy This hotel was quite comfortable. It's in a safe area and has good parking. I stayed 2 nights in a row (returned for a 2nd night). The higher floor rooms had more air. The pool was nice and breakfast good. I wish breakfast on weekdays had been open later, though.
