Their website showed check-in time ends at midnight. I called the property directly and said my flight was delayed and may need to check in after midnight. We arrived at the property 20 minutes after midnight. After repeated calls to the the desk, we were told they didn't have any available rooms even though we had a confirmed reservation. Absolutely horrible.

This hotel is the worst one I have EVER been in. Everything was filthy, not just dirty, but nasty. The couch in 201 is broken, and the pull-out bed was partly pulled out and could not be fully pulled out OR put away! counters, dirty and stained with burns, and what appears to be peeling paint. The cupboard doors are so filthy, covered in handprints. The back wall of the kitchen is covered in food splatter. The carpet ruined our socks. The tub had a scum ring—cobwebs in the windows. The room was filthy when I checked in. Dirty towels in the kitchenette sink and mold and grime in a clogged bathroom sink. The staff put me in another room but at this point I did not feel comfortable and could not enjoy my stay. The breakfast included was pathetic. It was a few granola bars and coffee. Thats not what a gueat expects in a breakfast included stay.

The room was unsatisfactory. The room contained roaches and a smelly carpet. The room service was horrible and I felt neglected. I will never book another hotel in an Extended Stay America Suite ever again.

The room is in good condition expect for the Cockroachs all over the room . I was ewally sick so i didn't complain or take pictures. I just cleard the bed and slept. Tv remote didn't work . The staff is nice
