The room smells even though it is a jon smoking room. Broken bathtub. And box spring cover had a big torn. No staff available in the lobby at night. I was charged twice without being asked if the room was prepaid.

Stayed in EsA’s before but this one was bad. They seemed empty but wouldn’t extend our stay during a hurricane. Would never had wanted to stay longer except for the storm. Seemed to have section 8 residents.
Nothing. I was very disappointed. Not what I imagined. They didn’t clean my room. The staff at front desk were friendly. I didn’t like the fact that they don’t clean your room daily. And that you hace you have to go to the font desk for your fresh towels and toilet paper and soap.
Horrible stay The stay was horrible, originally I arrived at 2pm instead of 3. They wouldn’t allow me to check in unless I paid $25. Once I finally got into my room (king with pull out suite) the mattress on the pull out had blood or urine stains on it. The employee switched my room to one that had another guest staying in it. Finally they “upgraded” my room to a double with sofa bed that smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Horrible experience The hotel was horrible. I arrived at 2 pm and they would only let me check in for an additional $25. When I finally checked into my king with pull out suite , the sofa beds mattress had what appeared to be blood and urine stains on it. I went down and complained, the moved me to another room when I walked in there was someone still in the room. I complained once again and they “upgraded” my room to two doubles with a sofa bed.
