Booked this hotel for one night to stay after seeing a basketball game in Orlando. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean so that was positive. The outdoor pool was nice (also clean) but not heated unfortunately. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. Also the “free breakfast” is actually just a “grab and go style” that only had muffins, granola bars, instant oatmeal and tea and coffee. Overall it was only okay. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.

Clean room, kitchenette, convenient location and the staff was pretty good.

I didn't have any problems. The room was big enough and had a kitchenette. Bathroom was big enough and the room was clean. Ideal for a family. There were too many dogs barking and they did not clean the outside grounds enough. However, I would stay there again. Reasonable price

I loved the hotel had a great view wish i would have brought food to cook, my only issue was desk staff Elena when I called to confirm my reservation just gave a non descriptive uh huh when I asked to confirm. Rupert who checked me in was not rude just not pleasant at all the different times i had to deal with him. The morning staff and housekeeping where great.

Stay for comfort and not the breakfast The "breakfast" is basically nothing, so do not plan on anything...just coffee and oatmeal and a couple packaged granola bars--no bowls, have to use a cup for oatmeal...was very surprised at how little--not even bananas. The room was comfortable--had a couple issues that I let the front desk know about--but other then that, was very comfortable.

Everything in our room was spotless, lobby and dining area. I didn't see any of the negative things people said . I did notice individuals loitering out in parking lot but I think that was a smoking area because the wholes facility is deemed not smoking. The area is a business district with a lot of office buildings. It's apparent that many construction workers may stay there while construction in the area.
