Nightmare Hotel!! Never again, hotels.com never indicated in the reservation that I was required to stay a minimum of 7 nights before this hotel would give proper room service. No Cleaning of the room!! No towels or bedsheets changed!! No room service like wake up calls or toiletries!! Rude staff at the front desk!! Unbelievably disgusting. The beds were not made. There were dirty towels, the bathtub had dirt in it and there was hair all over the bathroom floor. The kitchenettes counters were sticky and there was caprison and donut boxes left on them. I had my family with me and we checked in at 10:30pm to stay and get some rest in time to catch a shuttle to the airport at 3:00am. First room had a disgusting odor of smoke, but they quickly changed the rooms. The breakfast had hard bagels that must have been frozen and quite old. Other than some oatmeal bars, that was the extent of the breakfast. It was a quick stay for us, so didn't expect a lot with the low cost, but improvements can be made. I expected better from Extended Stay

Definitely, I do not going back to this hotel. Not so good. The hotel includes breakfast but the breakfast is just begals, muffins and coffee, that's it The room smelled bad.

We came in after midnight. The manager left the cleaning lady to do the check ins. She did her best but didn’t have enough training to be able to work through a glitch. That left about 4 of us waiting for her to get resolution through phone call to main reservations. Took almost an hour. We didn’t get to our room until 1am. Not good after a long day and traveling. The. Girl that was working the desk was trying her best. We all felt sorry for her.
