Nada limpieza nada de nada no sirve todo es lento.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this hotel. This is the worst hotel I ever experienced. STAY AWAY. It is TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, WORST!! We stayed 2 nights during holidays Noisy AC, Cockroach in the room, dirty carpets and bed linens, breakfast was a joke- most of the vending machines were not working, Stinky kitchen. I booked this hotel only for kitchen facility but the moment I turned on the stove it started stinking to the extent that I was going to throw up! Staff is totally unhelpful. 0 value for money!! Seemed more like where poor people are living in a hotel

No coffee, shampoo, cups etc the outside door did not work with key

Property was absolutely awful, lobby and hallways had a very strong musty and cigarette smoke smell. A housekeeper in her pjs had made her way behind the lobby front desk and yelled at everyone that requested assistance or had complaints about their stay. Our room was disgusting and not clean, carpet full of dirt and food crumbs, surfaces covered in fingerprint smudges, stains everywhere, food smeared on wall next to bed along with boogers. Do not stay there.... roaches in the kitchen and bed bugs, the bed is not comfortable most importantly, management staff have no customer service skills they are very rude. One manager got fired from a previous hotel because of her bad behaviors and poor customer service skills. This hotel hired her even promoted her to that position. They tried to retaliated against me after they found out I made a complaint to corporates regarding their poor services. Do not stay at this hotel

Disapointed Not even a plastic cup at room! No bread at breakfast, only mini cup cakes yoghurt and juice. I have been there for 2 nights but I will not return.

Bad experience When we first got to the hotel, the bed sheets were dirty and had hair on them. They were never changed. Getting new sheets wasn’t easy either. The entire room smelled horrible. There was no hot breakfast. Just store bought muffins and cereal. It was noisy. I wouldn’t stay here again if I was paid to.
