The property was very worn and obviously in need of a rehab. At one point I found a bug (not a bedbug) crawling across my sheets. I would not recommend staying here.

Customer service was awful, rude, hung up on me on the phone.

There were bugs in room and I don’t know that I would call bagels and packaged granola bars breakfast

The staff were friendly, but didn’t seem to want to help you resolve any issues you had. While staying there we had to get a new microwave because ours didn’t work(I had to get a little stern to get someone to fix the issue),the toilet overflowed, we were given dirty dishes to use for the kitchenette, and the hallway later in the evening had a foul smell that made it hard to breath. Dirty dishes that you have to go get and they gave them to me dirty. Smelled musty and of weed throughout our hall.

Pool was filled with debris and trash like leaves, palm fawns, food and candy. property was in despair. Zero dishes in rooms. Property run down. doesnt even have an ice machine

The lobby was renovated and from first appearance it was lovely. The rooms are disgusting and staff members are extremely rude.
