We used the bathroom ONE TIME. The toilet got clogged. We let the front desk girl know at 4p that the toilet was clogged on our way out for the night. When we came back at 2am.. it still hadn't been fixed! The worthless "night lady" said oh well we have to use the downstairs bathroom. We PAID for a hotel room with a bathroom! I couldn't even get a plunger. Then there are ROACHES on the wall and in the sofa bed. NOW we don't have room for us to sleep! Not to mention we have NO cups and NO sheets for the sofa bed. Not worth it Old hotel needs lots of renovation

Awful room not clean bad smell no daily room service elevator broken

Asked for towels we had to go to lobby to get them. Asked can our trash to be emptied we were told we had to take it out ourselves. We asked for tissue had to go get it. We payed to do things ourselves

I had to leave the hotel because I could take the smell. After arriving late to my destination. When I report it to the front desk they told me coroprate will get back with me. As of today I have not heard anything from coroprate or any manager on this issue. I serve in the armed forces for over 20years and stayed in quiet a few hotel and never experince nothing like this. What happen to good customer services nowdays. Mr. Lane

Staff was extremely rude at check out.then tried to heat up a dinner in the microwave after an extremely long day and it didn’t work.called front desk and got an attitude and said nothing she could do. I went down to resolve the issue and at that time she was yelling at another customer very unprofessional. On top of this very little sleep with the dog barking in the room next to mine and what looked that a drug junky causing all kinds of noise and the icing on the cake was the 4 officers that were on our floor banging on do... read more

This hotel was terrible!!!! We came here for a Disney world vacation with 2 kids. We stayed for 5 nights. No housekeeper for the whole duration of our stay. I had to buy a broom to keep the floor clean. No linnen change either. I had to buy my own toiletries because you have to go to the front desk to ask. The lady was not professional at all. The breakfast was bagels and muffins. There were roaches in the room. I will never come back to this hotel again, it’s the worst. Even though the check out was at 11 am, we checked out... read more

Please fix the smell problem maybe old carpet! I am not a very demanding person but cleanliness is fundamental. They dont clean the room very well, the smell is terrible! I am not going back. Sorry
