that is a place to relocate people with economic problem o some other situation that"s no place to sale as a hotel, no room service , they offer that after 6 days stay, sale that as hotel is lie from this web site that I will never use again . some similar situation happen to me on 2014

We won't be staying at an Extended Stay America again. They need to be remodeled IMMEDIATELY! The breakfast is nothing but a single granola bar or unfrosted cinnamon roll and coffee or orange juice. The bed was very comfortable, but everything else was old, broken, dingy.

The room and the intere hotel smell very bad. I went the front desk talk to the lady and didn't give me any discount for my disappointment. TERRIBLE HOTEL

After staying many times, I felt ignored. Since the first day the internet wasn’t working properly. Elevator was broken for 3 days. Tv channels didn’t work for 4 days. After all this I went to the front desk to report these problems and got an “yes” for an answer. No “ sorry”. What a bad customer service.
