Horrible Will not be booking this hotel anymore and will warn my family about it. They canceled out booking and didn't even reach out to after doing such thing. After reaching in Orlando late that night from our long flight and going to check in, they told us our reservation was cancelled and all rooms was full. When asked for the manager or Supervisor, none was avaliable until the next day. Would not waste my time with this hotel again. That was the height of UNPROFESSIONAL.

Curry smell! As soon as I open the door we got hit the strongest curry smell tou can imagine. There was a small cockroach too. Got another room with ants that could use anpther clean up. Not impressed at all with this hotel brand. Most likely will never try it again. Very disappointed!

Room for of cockroaches!!’ The second that we step to the hallway smell cigarette . And the second floor that we have the room smell that people was smoking marijuana. And in the room the sofa bed the mattress was yellow and I couldn’t sleep there ..the kitchen small cockroach waking all around .. and they know that I have kids pleope don’t go there :(

Never again Very disappointing hotel or really more like a dormitory. Bugs, no one watching out for the customers, poor attitudes of employees. Poor locations and hard for others to find (left drivers).

Disappointed My wife was kept awake most of the night by banging pipes. I had to go to the front desk to get a second pillow, there was only one on the queen size bed. Sugar ants were prevalent within the room. The staff were sorry about the experience but there was no additional compensation offered.

Needs maintenance Room could use some work. Shower head was hanging from wall and handle on floor. They didnt fix in a two night stay. Remote for tv didnt work either and they said they would fix it tomorrow but didnt. Should have been about half the price for the quality.

Find Another Place to Stay Hotel was dirty and had bugs - will not be putting any of our travelers here again. This place needs pest control and a deep clean.

Horrible hotel I had a horrible stay in this hotel. The room was not clean...

Air conditioner and refrigerator were very noisy. Furniture was worn and needed to be replaced. Bed was too big for the space it was in making it difficult for the second person to get to. The breakfast was basically a fast food type, and extremely limited in what it had to offer. Location was not ideal.
