We came in after midnight. The manager left the cleaning lady to do the check ins. She did her best but didn’t have enough training to be able to work through a glitch. That left about 4 of us waiting for her to get resolution through phone call to main reservations. Took almost an hour. We didn’t get to our room until 1am. Not good after a long day and traveling. The. Girl that was working the desk was trying her best. We all felt sorry for her.

Very unsatisfactory Even though we received a confirmation thru this site when we arrived we were advised the hotel had no vacancies and we had to find another hotel on our own. A few days later we saw the hotel charged our card even though we were turned away and didn’t stay there. Horrible my room was booked. And upon my arrival at check in they told me, they sold out and had no rooms available.

The property was towards the cleaner side, the floor was clean apart from a couple of stains, the beds were neat and clean, the room had a slight smell but nothing that was horrendous that I couldn’t live in for 5 days. The hallways had a smell as well. One of the nights in my stay, the neighbors were having a screaming sex episode for about 2 hours. Friendly staff. Condo with no equipment for kitchen. Had to ask and pick up towels and linen for fold out couch. Was told no ice machine on sight. Broken window and hair in shower.

What a joke... place is filthy, dirty tub and shower.. no maid service for a 4 night stay.. no clean towels.. dirty towels in all the hall ways.. the staff had an attitude that you were on your own.. just a horrible place... oh and a 330am dumpster pick up to wake the entire place.. heinous..
