Please fix the smell problem maybe old carpet! I am not a very demanding person but cleanliness is fundamental. They dont clean the room very well, the smell is terrible! I am not going back. Sorry

Hotel staff was great in handling our situation, but the beds were awful and there were roaches, lots of roaches! They need to tent the hotel!

Bad rooms bad furniture broken AC and rude staff just wasn’t a good experience compared to what Expedia said and room pictures r not exactly the truth when u get there

I disappointed with this hotel. The room is look like the picture but I found many ants in my room!! cero cleanliness!! housekeeping never come to clean room. I asked for towels in front office but never came. They charged for breakfast but trust me do not eat!! you can find spider egg in you bread!!

The room was not vacuum very good. There were tiny roaches and the ac was not very cold. I asked for a coffee maker and pots and pan and I had to go get it at the lobby

Room was on 1st floor by pool, it was 12a.m. and people were laughing, screaming, and still running around that late. Walls were thin so it sounded as if they were in our room. Called the front desk to check on pool hrs, to our surprise the laundry lady answered and said after a certain time no one there? Will stay there again.

Expected better We arrived late (after midnight), we were given a room on the 3rd floor. The room had to be the worst they had. As soon as you opened the door you could feel humidity and a musty smell. I immediately inspected for wetness or leaking but did not see anything. I stayed in the room for a few minutes and could not stand the smell of it so I notified the front desk.
