Staff seemed great, was in great proximity to the convention center. Only thing I wasn't really keen on was that they never cleaned my room. I was there for three nights, they never brought clean towels or made my bed... Other than that the room I stayed in was newly renovated and very comfortable!

Decent hotel close to Disney and Universal We chose the hotel for it's proximity to Disney and Universal Studios. We also wanted a place with amenities such as a kitchen. Unfortunately the unit does not come fully supplied with all kitchen items. We had to request said items from the front desk. We did so twice before we received them but by that time we had gone and purchased the items we needed. We also found the bed and pillows to be quite uncomfortable.
