Room booked with 2 beds not available at check-in We booked a suite with 2 beds because there were 3 of us. When we arrived we were told that rooms with two beds were sold out but we could be "upgraded" to an executive suite with a king bed and a pullout couch. The couch was so uncomfortable that all 3 of us ended up sharing the king bed.

Good location My experience was good in terms of room. However the breakfast is a joke, don't think it is a continental breakfast. It is nothing more than coffee, orange, moffins and that's it. Also recollection of garbages happens during rush hours, I mean, during the morning . If you have no more option stay there. You can find something better for the same price.

Inconsiderate Guests and no late night management This was a very nice, up to date, and clean hotel. Upon arrival I was allowed to check in early which was a plus. My room was accommodated with a full kitchenette. The only complaints I have is that I didn't get a good night's rest before having to attend my daughter's competition bright and early the next morning due to inconsiderate people in the room next door. Great location Good accommodation but the kitchen set up should remain in the room without requesting it.

Not a walking distance to International Dr If your looking for customer service this isn't the place. If your without transportation it's not within the proximity of International Dr. Where there is more for the eye to see and more for the belly to feed.

hotel simples e funcional para tudo hotel muito bem localizado para qualquer atividade em orlando. praticamente em frente ao walmart,, muito proximo do florida mall, do mall at milenia, dos 2 principais outlets da cidade, bem como dos parques da universal e do seaworld. um pouco mais distante do complexo disney, mas nada demais. hotel simples. quartos grandes, mas desta vez estavam um pouco sujos. café da manhã para ser desconsiderado.

clean and spacious Was pleasantly surprised. Room was spacious and clean. Had a little difficulty connecing to Wi-Fi but front desk got in touch with service provider and I was walked through connection right away. Nothing to do in walking distance but easy to access International Drive.

This is not hotel The room was dirty They only clean it once a week we stayed there 5 days so no cleaning was done. Horrible experience. This is not hotel !!! It might be convenient for people looking to stay for month or more
