The rooms were big and nice but my only problem was that for the amount we were paying a day they did not have housekeeping service. If we wanted the room clean there was an extra charge and we were never told at time of booking or checking in. So if we wanted fresh towels we had to go down to guest service and switch dirty towels for fresh towels. I didn't like that because we wanted the room clean and fresh towels and we were paying plenty a day,

Convenient hotel near the hotel Great hotel and location. Had a great experience. Came in after check in hours and everything was OK. Fast service.

i enjoyed the stay but i need it pitch black while sleeping and the black out curtains still had light shining through, from the dealer next door.

It is a big room with a kitchen but no dishes. Have to ask front desk for them. People at front desk aren't the friendliest. They don't have a computer so to print boarding passes you have to email the front desk and they print them from there for 50 cents/ sheet. The stay was going great until the morning when we discovered roaches. One was walking towards the bathroom so we killed it then noticed another one in the kitchen. Freaked us out. Nice, safe location Room was pretty big, beds were comfortable. Bathroom tub full of hair and the drain was clogged up. Drawers were dirty and again had hair. Other than that kitchen area was clean.

Nice hotel Last minute booking. I was upgraded to a suite at no extra charge due to the hotel not having any more standard king rooms. Customer Service was great.
