Staff seemed great, was in great proximity to the convention center. Only thing I wasn't really keen on was that they never cleaned my room. I was there for three nights, they never brought clean towels or made my bed... Other than that the room I stayed in was newly renovated and very comfortable!

Decent hotel close to Disney and Universal We chose the hotel for it's proximity to Disney and Universal Studios. We also wanted a place with amenities such as a kitchen. Unfortunately the unit does not come fully supplied with all kitchen items. We had to request said items from the front desk. We did so twice before we received them but by that time we had gone and purchased the items we needed. We also found the bed and pillows to be quite uncomfortable. The rooms were big and nice but my only problem was that for the amount we were paying a day they did not have housekeeping service. If we wanted the room clean there was an extra charge and we were never told at time of booking or checking in. So if we wanted fresh towels we had to go down to guest service and switch dirty towels for fresh towels. I didn't like that because we wanted the room clean and fresh towels and we were paying plenty a day,
