Nice, convenient,
Could have been much better for the money Front desk staff was hit or miss. Room key didnt work most of the time. TV sucked. Remote sucked. Shower/bathroom was good. Beds clean and comfortable.
ESA Universal Breakfast was just a Mr. Coffee and some muffins and wasn't even available a couple days. No common printer/computer and limited laundry supplies. Not as good as the last ESA I stated at.
Hotel was good for its purpose we went to Universal Studios we stay in hotel for a couple of hours the shower water wasn't that hot which was annoying. But good just for laying your head down
Check-in was quick and painless. Grab and go breakfast was lacking, just some granola bars and oatmeal. Room was nice and spacious; enjoyed the kitchen area with fridge.
Close to parks, very clean rooms but common areas not the cleanest but there was a lot of people in and out. Would recommend for people who don’t spend a lot of time at the hotel. No pool but not a deal breaker.
