We stayed here while at Universal, which. Was easy to get to. The hotel worked great, although we were not there much. I felt safe in the area and we slept well. The staff were excellent
The front desk person jasmine was awsome. Great customer service, friendly and helpful.

Most comfortable beds ever! Clean safe property. Nice staff! Only thing would be better is a hot breakfast.

Spacious room , a good base when exploring Orlando however slight damp smell in room

Ok Stay So far ok! The room is small! We don’t like the set up of the room! It is close to Universal Studios.
