Mah When we were there we were Not given Free breakfast as it said it would And The fire alarm went off and We were Woken up at 4 in the morning

It was ok until i found out i had to pay an additional 50dollars on top of what i have paid already n i still haven't Gotten my money back as of yet is ridiculous and yall should let this be know n booking

The staff was very friendly. I booked through a third party and wasn't happy. Online this hotel offered free breakfast. Because of Covid that was cancelled. I wanted a pool and jacuzzi and so much more....they didn't have it. When i checked into the room there wasn't enough towels the agent said you have to bring the dirty towels down first. Are you serious? I just checked in....It's to much to type to continue my rant.
