Not bad place I was here for the night, nothing fancy. They need do not disturb signs so house keeping doesn't wake you up early in the morning

Could have been much better for the money Front desk staff was hit or miss. Room key didnt work most of the time. TV sucked. Remote sucked. Shower/bathroom was good. Beds clean and comfortable.

ESA Universal Breakfast was just a Mr. Coffee and some muffins and wasn't even available a couple days. No common printer/computer and limited laundry supplies. Not as good as the last ESA I stated at.

Hotel was good for its purpose we went to Universal Studios we stay in hotel for a couple of hours the shower water wasn't that hot which was annoying. But good just for laying your head down
No staff at front desk, no breakfast or even coffee available
