The hallways and rooms have a very potent smell of burnt food. Saw a roach crawl across the bathtub. Room was fine

My first time at an extended stay America This was my first time staying at an extended stay America. I picked it because I wanted to cook breakfast/dinner for my daughter while visiting Universal instead of constantly eating out or eating junk. I was pleasantly surprised, they provide everything needed to cook and clean. My room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the lady at the front desk Kiki (not sure if that's the proper spelling) was very nice and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely stay again.
