Covid 19 polcies and Customer service skills The front desk attendant which i did not get his name (date of arrival Sat March 27, 2021) was not personable and did not where a mask and none of the front desk attendants acknowledge guests upon entering the hotel....there was marijuanas smell and unsavory characters lottering on property....also my first room 112 had a very unpleasant odor the front desk clerk did not apologize just gave my a different room the parking lot on that side of the building was were dark and unsafe d... read more

Mold and peppermint essential oil smell Garbage behind chairs and nightstands. Room smelled of mold and peppermint essential oil. Walking to my room, you could smell marijuana. No breakfast because covid. Would not re-book The beds did seem fine and it was 5 mins away from universal so if you don't mind the smell and a kinda clean room, then i guess this is the place for you.

Will will not stay there again Stay there for two days the only thing that was good was it was two minutes away from Universal Studios everything else was terrible Dope heads walking around people selling drugs from the side of it no clean towels smells like weed throughout the building room smells like feet
