It has a great location for visiting Universal. It is very nice to have a full sized kitchen for your stay. The floor was a little sticky so that was gross. It might be what they use to wash it..... at least I hope it was.

The staff was very helpful, there was no reservation made by Expedia. The staff ( Mrs. Samira) just accomodated us and fixed the problem. We appreciated the effort of this lady. Thanks a lot !!!
Satisfied Great service, nice room, nice facilities. Possible to make your own ice cubes for your cooler, very nice.

Average The hotel was dark and dingy. There was no breakfast, and my room had roaches. The only reason I gave an average rating and not a bad one is because the staff was super nice and friendly. i checked out the first night because of the roaches and was told I couldn’t get a refund. Won’t be going back.
