I wish I had gotten the young lady’s name who checked me in, but she was just so accommodating and so friendly and so sweet. If you can look that up I checked in 11/29 at 2:50 in the afternoon. She was a young African-American girl.

Comfort maybe, care not so much. The beds had no comforter or heavier blanket. Just two sheets. We asked before we checked out about it, and were told we were supposed to ask for it, as it no longer comes standard. The bagel/toast toaster was too ho and caught a persons bagel on fire, and we pointed it out to a staff manager and they just walked away. My girlfriend actually used tongs to get it out to help the person, as the breakfast area was filled with smoke.

HIGHLY RECOMMENED Amazing experience, if you’re reading this just know before I booked this hotel I was skeptical because of the reviews. But I want to be that review that makes you book it because my 3 day stay was great! Great service, clean room, not noisy, everything was on point.
