Great experience, the mattress was amazing great night sleep attentive staff
There was no ice maker. No ice available until we made our own.
We had a clean room and additional services were available for a nominal fee. Note to tenants: if you want to use the kitchen, be sure to bring paper plates, cups, and a skillet - as those items cost extra.
The location is perfect, just 3 minutes from Universal. The cleaning was very bad, the carpet is too dirty and the smell of cigarette is terrible even in the rooms for NON-SMOKERS. They have just 1 employee for everything and the breakfast is very very simple.
Breakfast is not completed.. improve breakfast please
