Overall Good Pros: Location, parking, clean, price, super comfy, kitchen area had more than other hotels’ small rooms have (stove & big fridge), continental breakfast Cons: The toilets must be super sensitive because there is a sign that says do not hold down when you flush and do not flush twice back to back, like right after. It got clogged for no reason once. the hotel is very well located are the parks of universal and Asland adventure, there are also restaurants and supermarkets nearby ... the studio is very comfortable with its kitchen and utensils, all very clean and comfortable, the attention at check-in was excellent Selena was very kind and attentive always willing to help us ...

Average While I don't have high expectations of Extended Stay locations. This one was more lackluster than the norm. The room was in disrepair. Only one eye on the stove worked. This is the only hotel in Florida I've ever stayed in that did not have a pool. It was far from awful. The staff was great.

Great stay Great location central to everything we wanted to do. Walking to universal studios/city walk is 15-20 minutes . Very friendly staff and helpful I enjoyed my stay will return to this location.

Garbage left in stairwell no staff member removed for over a day. Rooms smelled musty.
