CLOSE TO UNIVERSAL DESK CLERK WAS NOT DOING SO WELL. BOOKED US IN A ROOM THAT A COUPLE HAD BEEN LIVING IN FOR QUITE SOME TIME. SHE THEN DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE US A NEW ROOM, HAD TO GO BACK DOWN TO LOBBY 3 TIMES WHOLE THING TOOK AN HOUR OF OUR WEEKEND VACATION TIME. THE NEW ROOM WAS FINE, COMFORTABLE. VERY CLOSE TO UNIVERSAL!
