The staff, from from desk and managers, to housekeeping and breakfast staff, were all amazing, friendly and incredibly helpful! I do wish the breakfast were a little bit more substantial, but I also understand a lot of guests use their rooms' kitchens.

We arrived around 4PM & we didn’t have any wash clothes in our room. I went down stairs to get some & they didn’t have any clean ones until 530PM.

Close to universal Room was a little smaller than I thought and smelled like cigarette smoke but was okay

I feel we got what we paid for, which was a clean and economical hotel. All the staff was very nice and the room was clean. close enough to walk to Universal. If your'e looking for all the bells and whistles of a resort, don't come here.

The beds were ok but not the most comfortable. It was very convenient to everywhere we needed to go
