The thing I like is close to universal studios & free parking & enough room space. The thing I don’t like is there was no exchanging new towels & cleaning service itself. You have to call it. There’s only bread & small muffin for breakfast & bread toaster is not good.

Great Friendly and Professional Staff, very helpful and personable. There room was pleasing however, there was no phone in room and the TV was not programmed. Loved the location, close to Food, Fun and Attractions!

wasn't informed at check-in that no maid service was provided, so it was a shock to come back to the room after a long day out to no clean towels. when i asked for extra towels at checkin, they didn't want to give them to me, and i had to insist that 4 towels wasn't enough for 4 women. location was fine, right across the street from universal. the bathrooms need an update: the shower dripped constantly and the toilet rocked back and forth. you get what you paid for, and since it was cheap and filled the need, it was fine for... read more

You get what you pay for You can’t beat the price of this hotel, but it is definitely dated and not the cleanest. The free breakfast only included instant oatmeal, a bagel or toast which was disappointing. However, the location is very convenient to universal and Disney area.
