wasn't informed at check-in that no maid service was provided, so it was a shock to come back to the room after a long day out to no clean towels. when i asked for extra towels at checkin, they didn't want to give them to me, and i had to insist that 4 towels wasn't enough for 4 women. location was fine, right across the street from universal. the bathrooms need an update: the shower dripped constantly and the toilet rocked back and forth. you get what you paid for, and since it was cheap and filled the need, it was fine for... read more

You get what you pay for You can’t beat the price of this hotel, but it is definitely dated and not the cleanest. The free breakfast only included instant oatmeal, a bagel or toast which was disappointing. However, the location is very convenient to universal and Disney area.

I liked the front desk people. The room was clean. During the night there was loud construction banging going on which was disturbing. I also couldn’t find the darkening curtains so my room was too bright. I did find them in the morning so I can’t really blame the hotel for that, it was just irritating. Breakfast was so-so, and my reservation had been altered at the last minute.

It would have been fine for one night. I stayed for two though and found the amenities very lacking the room very dark and depressing and the grab and go breakfast more of a snack. The room was also not very soundproof and I was able to hear doors opening and closing all night long. Staff was great for the most part.

All of Good Expect Breakfast is not great job because No Egg, No Coffee Cup, and bit dirty.

Don’t do it! Worst stay ever. Customer service was terrible. No o e ever answered the phone so you always had to go downstairs to get anything you were missing.
