Good Location but.. Good location but the room smelled horrible of smoke, like someone just smoked a full pack of cigarettes and then let us in the room. We opened both windows and it still got on our clothes. The only elevator in the hotel was always in use for the staff to bring up and down items. I think it would greatly benefit the guest if they had use of the elevator. The phone in the room did not work so when you called on your personal phone they would place you on hold and not return to the call so getting items or ... read more

Convenient Location and Clean Facilities It was really good for the price we paid. The only thing I dislike was not breakfast, just coffee, toast and granola bars. Everything else was good.

Nice Extended Stay The room and staff were great, but the Continental Breakfast was a joke. (Just bread, and cereal) No major complaint because of price met our needs.

Convenient and friendly staff We always stay at this hotel when coming to universal parks, and notice the recent upgrade in the lobby and breakfast area.
