Hotel was within walking distance to Universal. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the linens and towels were very worn and falling apart. This hotel needs to be updated. Breakfast was not great. Food wasn't bad but the breakfast area is long and narrow and a terrible size/place for all the people staying in this hotel. It was hard to get food/coffee due to the space and harder to sit and eat and enjoy it.

The hotel staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming. They always greeted us and were smiling when we walked by. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. It was a great size for two people and very accommodating. There was free breakfast every morning of bagels, cereal, toast, juices, and coffee. The hotel is also very conveniently located to Universal and only 20 minutes away from the Disney properties, which was so great!

Good value Room was decent, it appeared to have just had a make over of paint and fixtures. Still had a slight musty odor but acceptable. Friendly staff and great proximity to theme park.

Convenient and clean but that's all. No Shuttle! The website stated that there was a shuttle to the parks however when I checked in and inquired about it I was told they do not provide a shuttle and most people just call Uber. The room was fine... nothing to write home about. Clean but that's about all I would say.

Last minute booking This hotel was pretty good for the most part - clean, conveniently located, and friendly staff. This was a last minute booking and conveniently located next to the parks. There were three things that were somewhat disappointing: 1. The A/C did not blow cold air, it was a bit warm but it wasn't unbearable, we were only there for one night - I live in Florida so we are used to the heat. 2. Orlando Férias Atendentes tanto do dia como da noite muito cordiais. O quarto não era um primor de limpeza, mas melhor que outros desta rede. Hotel muito bem localizado, perto dos parques, Mall e super.
