Close to Universal Studios My room was terribly smoky. My sinuses was so bad from being in this smoky room.

Good value, but had to pay up front. This hotel is a good value and nice enough, but they charge you for the room up front when you check in. Never stayed at a hotel that does that. The continental breakfast was free, but could have offered some fruit or yogurt.

Hotel was within walking distance to Universal. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the linens and towels were very worn and falling apart. This hotel needs to be updated. Breakfast was not great. Food wasn't bad but the breakfast area is long and narrow and a terrible size/place for all the people staying in this hotel. It was hard to get food/coffee due to the space and harder to sit and eat and enjoy it.

The hotel staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming. They always greeted us and were smiling when we walked by. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. It was a great size for two people and very accommodating. There was free breakfast every morning of bagels, cereal, toast, juices, and coffee. The hotel is also very conveniently located to Universal and only 20 minutes away from the Disney properties, which was so great!
