The floor is no cleaner , no towels to use, front desks not friendly

Arrived for late check in and there is a phone on the wall to call someone. The hotel reeked of weed and stale cigarette smoke. No one answered. There was a man asleep in the breakfast area who told me to call a cell phone number. I did, and clearly I woke the lady from her sleep. It took almost 30mins for her to come down and check me in. I get upstairs with my mother-in-law and children to find the key card is not opening the door. I go back down and tell her the room keys don't work. First of all, the whole place smelled of burning marijuana and stinky feet. What seemed like panhandlers hanging out in their cars in the parking lot. Second, it’s super outdated . This is not necessarily a problem for me, but it was so outdated that it felt dirty and gross, even the pillows felt like they were years old and super used. Smelly room and hallways. You get what you pay for. Floors were both sticky and oily.

Staff was nice but got the wrong room, roaches in room, smelled like weed and cigarettes.

Room full with roaches, if you are a non smoker do not go there. Second hand smoke will deteriorate your lungs.

The room was invested with roaches, the entire hotel smelled like weed, and their was hair on the toilet seat. The hotel was filthy! We had to change rings three times and ended up checking out a day early. We had to pay more for another hotel because it was last minute.

Check-in was smooth. Getting to the room was awful. The 3rd floor smelled of marijuana. When we got to room, the trash can was not emptied from the previous occupant. We put the trash can outside the door and reported it to the front desk clerk. It was never picked up. The shower plumbing was not working properly and we could feel all the coils in the mattress.
