Short staff who were clearly frustrated. Garbage all over ground. Rusty appliances. No available restrooms other than in room.

Booked a room a week in advance. They called me THE DAY OF my booking to tell me they overbooked and they have no rooms available and that I could stay at their sister hotel down the road in a downgraded room with no amount of refund like what? Sister hotel was very dirty, bad smell throughout the halls and room, couch in the room had a weird hole in it like someone did the deed with it. Quickest refund I've ever requested and will confidently NEVER use an extended stay hotel ever again.

Not a clean place to stay The condition of this hotel in particular were not the best being in the location near Universal Studios. The room smelled as if they had fumigated and smelled like dirty socks. I found roaches crawling in some places, especially in the night stand where I was charging my cell phone : /

definitely too dirty, the carpet was sticky, there was a lot of noise at night and I saw cockroaches in the kitchen

Dated, musty, and not worth the price. The staff were friendly, but the hotel itself was a dump.

The service desk was helpful, but not a great place to stay. Had to switch rooms because of beeping fire detector. Second room had no a/c. Very short staffed, no breakfast. Smelt musty. Would not go back.
