Only as last option Cosmetically the hotel was great, however the room had a really bad stench and the customer service was not able to do anything. Also there waa no room service they disnt make the bed and pickup the room as I am usually use to.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY GOT BETTER SERVICE AT $40/NIGH horrible. air conditioner broke at midnight and how to pack and move to a different room. Then the next day they woke me up at midnight to go downstairs to sign the room change they forgot to have me do
wouldn't stay again the hotel staff was friendly. overall the hotel was ok. however, the room was not very clean. I found a piece of gum stuck to the towel rack and it was not hidden out of sight either. it does have a small kitchen but I do NOT recommend you use it. there is no fan or way of ventilating it afterwards. my room smelled like food my entire stay. you must ask for the dishes and utensils, and they only provide enough for 2 people although I reserved a room for 5 which can sleep 6. the sink would back up and almo... read more

Close to Universal Studios Did not look anything like the web site. Parking lot had questionable people looking around, set off a car alarm, no security around.

Not Happy The hotel room, located on vineland, was nasty. Bugs under the sink and horrible brown stains on the mattress. They said the bed was a queen, but it was more like a full. The staff was very accommodating and we were given a free night's stay at one of their other hotels that was not honored. The supervisor, April, who at another location, was EXTREMELY rude to my husband. She referred us to call corporate over the weekend knowing no one would be there.
