Room not clean Hotel looks great at first. Great location, friendly staff, hotel looks good from the out side. Once we got to our room, we found that the bathroom light was not working. We call the staff and they did not have the maintenance crew to fix the light. We moved a lamp into the bathroom and found the bathroom dirty. Found blood on the toilet seat, dirty shower and sink. Closer inspection of the bed, we found that between the mattress and the box-spring was never clean.

Very disappointed! Will never go back again. First of all, when I made the reservation, they didn't tell me that we would not have cleaning service every day. Not informed before hand of the following: We had to use the same towels everyday or we had to take them to the front desk to exchange them. We were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper and if we needed an extra roll, we had to pay more. And you have to pay extra for cleaning the room. Good location, but the rooms smells from smoking The room smells from cigarets although it was none smoking room. Because the hotel was full, they could not replace it and they gave us fabreeze which make the floor sticky. Breakfast is minimal and it is to go, no place to sit.

This place was nice and right across from universal but it smelled sooo bad and rooms were freezing with 2 units.

Mediocre Room odor smells like smoke in NS room. Breakfast was sparse.

Under Construction - unacceptable they were renovating, we couldn't walk down the hall or use elevator without sharing it with workers, the non smoking room smelled like an ashtray, the lobby was a disaster, hotels.com should have made us aware before booking

Close to alot of fun things to do I was not happy at all..We were not informed by anyone that our hotel was under construction.and When asked to be moved we got nothing but attitude.

Close to Universal at Good Price The hotel was clean. The rooms dated, and we had a pull out couch for the kids - not good for older kids. No hot tub. Breakfast was limited and not a lot of healthy options. Best part of the stay was the 2 minute drive to Universal.
