Lacking I wouldn't recommend this hotel. They don't go out of their way to help. Infact they don't do anything!! Make sure if you want their breakfast to go (which isn't worth it) you don't go a second later than their 9.30am close time because they won't let you grab anything! If you want clean towels you have to bring it down yourself to reception and do an exchange with your dirty towels. They won't clean your room while you stay there. Need clean sheets, well again you have to go down to reception.

It was ok The hotel was ok... I wouldn't stay there again knowing that the holiday inn is right next door. There was a constant noise from the fridge all night and the hallways were a bit sketchy.

poor service/strong smell staff couldn't provide additional pillows after numerous requests. there was a very strong odor as you come into the hotel and the room. "continental breakfast" consisted of energy bars, muffins and juices/coffee. location was good but wouldn't stay here again.

There was a discrepancy between what was paid vs what was available: I paid specifically more money to get Delux room that would include a sleeper sofa, but extended stay did not receive the detail from hotels.com. Not happy

Not what advertised Advertised free breakfast on internet, but did not even have a single table or chair to eat breakfast at. Sign even advertised "Grab and Go" breakfast which included nothing more than yogurt and either coffee or hot chocolate, and they ran out of coffee even the first day!

We noticed a puddle of water near the air conditioning unit and a strange sound coming from the unit. I mentioned it to the house keeping department and they said it was probably leaking. The lighting in the bathroom was very low and hard to see. An incident happened where I went to the registration desk and complained on 3 occasions that the people above me had kids and they were jumping up and down and knocking things over and causing unbearable noise for 2 consecutive nights. Horrible hotel I booked the trip, flight and hotel through expedia.ca. Expedia has falsely advertised the hotel and its facilities. There was no breakfast, it was called Grad and go. There were no fruits and no food to eat. Expedia advertised a picture of a well equipped, well stocked breakfast area but that was not available at the hotel. The front lobby served as the breakfast area. Expedia didn't mentioned that there would be no housekeeping at all.
