The staff (the woman at the desk) when I asked for one hour more before the checkout, was rude.

Our shower leaked spraying water all over. Andre suggested using electric tape to fix. I said no and requested another room. Andre and his manager got us another room, however the faucet in the sink was faulty. I am an amputee and had to opt for a non accessible bath not to mention the slip danger on a wet floor. What is disappointing is no form of compensation was offered.
It was close to downtown

Great location I love the location of the hotel in Palm Springs because I can walk to everything.
