ok for a one or two night trip the property needs a through cleaning and maintenance. My room had several cosmetic issues that were reported to the front desk staff. They seemed in different at best.

disappointed that you did not provide a bucket or have an ice machine on the premises like other hotels do.

Toilet set broken. Couldn’t get tv to work. We couldn’t get the door to the room to open upon check in. The office clerk had to come to assigned room and push it open.

No outdoor seating except poolside No seating in lobby either

Overpriced for worn out hotel This hotel looked nice on the outside but has no Lobby and is very no frills. All inside surfaces and furniture looks very worn out. My hotel room had a small kitchen but if you wanted any utensils or even a blow dryer you had to ask for them from the front desk. The bathroom shower water was barely warm, and the curtain did not block the water from flowing onto the floor. The free breakfast was coffee or a package of instant hot cocoa and wrapped muffins. I will not return.
