Average It was okay. The hotel had some weird smells. I wasn’t in the room all day since it was a business trip. He breakfast wasn’t breakfast, it was a muffin or nutrigrain bar and coffee. The staff was very friendly and polite.

The location was great, a 20 min walk to downtown Palm springs. Lots of restaurants near by to choose from. There is a casino with a few blocks and the Thursday night market is always great to visit. The hotel itself was good, the staff were very friendly. The room was a great size and the kitchenette was great to have. You need to request the items for the kitchen from the front desk. Overall, very nice Smells in the hallway were pretty grim, including cigarette smoke on non smoking floor. Noise from other rooms was incredibly loud in hallways and in bed, even past midnight on a Thursday! Maybe that’s normal in Extended Stay? It seemed odd and disrespectful to me. Good thing I had earplugs! Other than that, the room itself was clean and very nice, very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful! I enjoyed my stay.

Great location--close to airport--ok for price we paid however it is in need of repairs & better housekeeping. Halls, lobbies, elevators & front door had scuffs, paint chips, debris in ground, baseboards not attached. I would stay here again due to the closeness to airport

The web site indicates that tableware and cookware are in each room but you actually have to ask for everything, there isnt even a coffee maker or hair blow dryer in the room. And the box of tissues in the bathroom had 1 tissue in it...the grab and go breakfast was also very disappointing.
